Meet Dr. Jake Coffman

Hi, I'm Jake Coffman, and I've been a chiropractor here in Upper Arlington, Ohio, since 2018. My practice is the combination of my extensive training in chiropractic care and my lifelong affinity for personal fitness and building strength.

My fitness journey began when I was a skinny 7th grader with dreams of playing football. My father, who spent his career in the Secret Service protecting presidents and other dignitaries, had a rigorous training routine that I witnessed firsthand. Seeing the benefits of his dedication to fitness, I was inspired to start lifting weights myself, hoping to achieve the necessary muscle and strength to reach my goals. This early experience ignited a passion for fitness that has stayed with me ever since.

My love for chiropractic emerged a little later as I observed my grandfather, aunt, and uncles helping patients in their respective medical practices. I saw the profound impact they had on people's lives and knew I wanted to make a similar difference.

These experiences have led me to a practice focused on helping clients live their best lives. And by my definition, a "best life" requires movement – movement that keeps our bodies supple and strong. When you visit my practice, our focus is first on determining where you are in terms of movement, flexibility, balance, and any pains or injuries you may have. From there, we develop a personalized chiropractic and fitness program that will safely take you from where you are today to where you want to be in the future.

Whether your goals include taking brisk walks, gardening, playing casual or competitive pickleball, lifting weights like back when you were a teen(but finally knowing what to do) walking 18 holes of golf, or continuing to hit those booming drives off the tees, I'm here to help. Together, with focus and hard work, we can make your "best life" a reality.
