8 Movements to Help Decrease Neck & Shoulder Pain

Many of us have been working at home for almost a year now and many of us have realized that while there are positives about working at home there are negatives that come with it as well.

For some of us those negatives are awkward work stations that put us in uncomfortable positions that lead to pain and discomfort.

While some pain is caused by imbalances in the body caused by a structural misalignment other types of pain are caused by us simply not moving properly or inactivity of muscles that help to keep us upright.

Below is a video featuring 8 movements that have been shown to help decrease neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Each of these movements either helps to activate muscles that can become less active during poor posture or help to release areas of tension caused by an awkward work station.
