Our Approach

At our clinic, we work with people who are dealing with pain or movement limitations—whether it’s back or neck pain, sciatica, joint stiffness, or balance issues. But more than treating symptoms, our focus is on helping you move well, stay active, and feel confident in your body again. Every person’s story is different, and we tailor care around your unique goals and what’s holding you back—whether that’s returning to running, staying steady on your feet, or simply living without daily discomfort.

Our sessions are 30 to 60 minutes and may include hands-on care, strength training, balance work, or personalized-rehabilitation—whatever is most effective for your body and your goals. We don’t follow cookie-cutter protocols; instead, we assess how you move, what you’re aiming to get back to, and build care around that. Because of the depth and individualisation of this approach, we don’t accept insurance or walk-ins. This model ensures every visit is fully focused, uninterrupted, and designed for meaningful, lasting progress.

If you're looking for a quick adjustment or a generic treatment plan, we may not be the right fit. But if you value one-on-one care that’s designed to help you feel better and perform better, we’d love to meet you, understand your goals, and create a plan that actually works for your life. Our priority is not just short-term relief, but long-term resilience—so you can return to the activities you love and stay there.

Pricing & Process

Complimentary Consultation

$0 – 20 to 40 minutes
The most effective care begins with shared understanding. Before any treatment, we offer a no-cost consultation to learn about your history, goals, expectations, past experiences, and what has or hasn’t worked. We’ll also walk you through our approach, what your care might involve, and how we support you every step of the way. If you decide to move forward, we’ve already reserved time immediately afterward for your full two-hour exam. If weekdays are difficult, we also offer Saturday hours from 8 AM to noon.

Comprehensive Exam

$300 – 2 hours
This session includes a full-body functional and neurological assessment: balance testing (including MCTSIB and Limits of Stability), movement analysis, joint position error testing, orthopedic and neurological screening, and asymmetry evaluation. This in-depth exam allows us to create a fully personalised plan. The exam also includes your first adjustment, if clinically appropriate.

Follow-Up Visits

  • 30 minutes – $85

  • 45 minutes – $127.50

  • 60 minutes – $170

Each session is tailored to your ongoing needs and goals, and may include:
QSM3 chiropractic, personalised rehab, strength and balance training, cervical-ocular rehab, mobility work, breath training, and more. We take the time to explain every element of your care—so you always understand the what, how, and why of each step in your journey.

Do You Provide the Same Care to Everyone?

No—we design care around you. After the exam, we review all options: from the most efficient path to the most affordable. If twice-weekly care is ideal but your schedule or budget allows only once, we adjust—adding homework, custom video programming, or travel-friendly plans to keep you progressing. Our care model is collaborative, not rigid. And because we don’t work with insurance, we have the freedom to build flexible care that works for your life, not just your diagnosis.
